From the day I joined “AURA Institution”, I felt very professional. Be it faculty members, seniors, staff members everybody helped me. Initially, I felt anxiety when embarking on this exciting transition from school to college, entering a new environment and trying to adjust to new schedule and setting. At AURA, I am learning how to order the best ingredients and utilize them in the most economical way, how to predict trends and fads in food. I am learning to know how to deal with personnel issues and how to see problems even before they arise.

Before joining the institute, I was hesitant and introvert but faculty members and seniors helped me in gaining confidence. All my seniors are well groomed as professionals, as “morning shows the day” and I am focused so do all my batch mates.
